Partners approaches Member Care by adhering to several key objectives, such as: providing quality services and benefits as guided by the association’s mission; treating each member as a customer with exemplary service and responding to members quickly and thoroughly. It is our philosophy that an association exists for its members and prospects and, in doing so, should provide an environment where members feel assisted, supported, and given the tools necessary to succeed in their profession or industry.
An Individual Membership Association had great potential membership, but wasn't experiencing the growth it wanted - We formulated a grassroots membership network that has yielded a net gain of more than 1,000 new members each year during a five-year period. The Florida Life Care Residents Association is made up of residents of Continuing Care Retirement Communities located throughout the state of Florida, and has more than 15,000 members to date in 53 retirement communities.
